The Inherited Release Method (IRM) is a transformative energy healing approach that works with the body's innate intelligence to release generational, intergenerational and ancestral trauma. The method draws upon practices such as reiki, kinesiology, kundalini energy, meridian work, nervous system regulation, and chakra balancing to help the body release blocked energy and restore its natural flow.
Rooted in a holistic perspective, IRM recognizes that physical and emotional symptoms often stem from unresolved emotions and energetic blockages within the body, experienced as trauma in the nervous system. These blocks can arise at any point in life and may be passed down through generations, embedding themselves in our DNA, energy fields, and stored in our subconscious minds - affecting our behaviour and how we show up in life.
Who is this for?
IRM is designed for individuals seeking a holistic approach to uncover and release the root causes of trauma stored within the body and energetic fields, ultimately guiding them toward balance and healing.
What does a session involve?
IRM sessions begin with identification of stored beliefs and emotions through kinesiology techniques, intuitive readings, and reflection on family history. This process identifies recurring struggles, patterns of behaviour and limiting beliefs that have become embedded in the body and energy field. Energy healing techniques and nervous system support with the practitioners guidance helps release what has been stored. After a release, a period of integration helps the body and mind adjust to a new state of balance. During the process, the practitioner is there to support the client, discussing ongoing practices that will further assist individual integration and help maintain this new balance as the client continues to heal.
Sessions offered in Parkerville in person or online - Monday daytime and Tuesday evening.
Session Investment:
In-person (Parkerville) – $130
Online – $100
